Zelalem Eshetu
Biography
Zelalem Eshetu Ewnetu was born and grew up in Ethiopia. Finishing high school with a 4.0 GPA, Zelalem left his mother and siblings in Addis Ababa when he accepted a scholarship and traveled in 2009 to the University of Idaho, graduating with a degree in Mechanical/Nuclear engineering. After moving to California, Zelalem began working for the California Public Utilities Commission as an engineer. The LA Sheriff’s Department claim that deputies were responding to a call about a burglary, and smelled marijuana coming from Zelalem’s car.Research Interest
