Wilbert Manyilizu is an Associate Professor at the Veterinary Medicine department, Sokoine University of Agriculture, P. O. Box 3021, Morogoro, Tanzania. He has published over 08 refereed articles in a wide range of highly recognised international journals. He has a keen interest in Public Medical Laboratories:. He is currently working in the project SLMTA Program in Morogoro and Iringa, Tanzania.
