Irena Gavrilovikj

Irena Gavrilovikj Assistant Professor at Department of Orthodontic, Faculty of Dental Medicine, University “Ss Cyril and Methodious”, Dental Clinical Center – Skopje, N. Macedonia.

Biography

Master degree in 2006, PhD in 2019 at Faculty of Dentistry “Ss Cyril and Methodious” Skopje, N. Macedonia. She works as a clinician at Dental Clinical Center in Skopje from 1998 year and as teaching assistant at Orthodontic Department at Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje from 2008. Now she is Assistant Professor at Department of Orthodontics at  Faculty of Dental Medicine, University “Ss Cyril and Methodious”, Dental Clinical Center – Skopje, N. Macedonia. She is educating students (doctor of dental medicine, dental technicians and oral hygiene students) on undergraduates and postgraduates (master and PHD) study programs. She is mentoring residences in the field of orthodontic sciences.  She is passed Vice - president of Macedonian Orthodontic Society, from 2013-2021.

Research Interest

orthodontic treatment; preventive and interceptive orthodontic methods, functional orthodontic treatment and impacts of mobile and fixed appliances in correcting malocclusions
