Biography

I am Julie Ada Tchoukou, Ph.D. in law from the University of Ottawa. I have a particular interest in policy reforms and engaging in projects that seek to develop strategies that will address a variety of social and developmental issues within the human rights field. As such, my current doctoral research generally aims at establishing appropriate legal mechanisms for the elimination of cultural violence against children within the African Context.A huge part of my experience as a legal academic has involved public policy analysis and making appropriate recommendations.
