Paul Ali
Biography
Dr Paul Ali is an Associate Professor in the Law School and a member of the Law School's Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation. Paul has published widely on banking and finance law.
Paul has worked in the banking & finance and corporate groups of two national law firms. He has also worked in the securitisation team of a bank, and has been a principal of a private capital firm and a consultant with a corporate governance advisory firm. Paul's doctoral thesis (on marshalling of securities) was recently considered by the UK Supreme Court.
