Dr. Luca Morandi research interests are focused on gliomas, breast and oral cancer genetics and epigenetics, clonality analysis, cancer evolution. He is currently completing a project about phylogenetic analysis of ductal carcinomas around margins and enlargements; he is working on DNA methylation by bisulfite Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in invasive lobular carcinomas of the breast, oral squamous cell carcinomas and gliomas.
