Biography

Dr Tamara L. Mangum holds an MD, PhD in Public Health Epidemiology, an MEd in Adult Education, and a BSc in Biological Sciences.  She has a wide-range of interests as related to epidemiology, general practice, women’s health, public health, and emergency health management.  Dr Mangum has spent the bulk of her professional career in the developing world, from the Caribbean to the Pacific, working in both applied as well as academic settings.  She is an experienced academic, published researcher, and editor.
