Biography

Dr. Mengistu Asnake is a public health specialist with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive health, primary health care, child survival, community health services, program management, training, operational research, and clinical service delivery. He currently serves as the country director for Pathfinder in Ethiopia and the chief of party for the TRANSFORM project. Previously, he served as chief of party for our Integrated Family Health Program, a flagship USAID family planning and maternal, newborn, and child health program in Ethiopia. He joined our team in 1999.
