Biography

Visiting Professor of Primary Care in the School of Health Sciences at The University of Suffolk. As Senior Lecturer in Clinical Assessment & Minor Illness Teaching at ARU & Director of Primary Care Education at the Postgraduate Medical Institute, I developed teaching programmes for GPStR's, nurses & Specialist Paramedics & the Safer Consulting in Minor Illness Programme for community pharmacists. Covering topics as diverse as Safer Consulting, diagnostic uncertainty & diagnostic error, safety-netting, international EMS systems, methods of warming cold IV fluids, pulse oximetry in prehospital & primary care & head lice!
