Biography
Krati Singhai, B.A. LL.B (hons.), a graduate from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab and pursuing LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Practising as an advocate and has a specialisation in constitutional law, criminal law, animal law and personal laws and is also involved in academic research in these areas. Participated in various moot court competitions during the undergraduate course and contributes articles and research papers in the area of Constitutional and criminal law. Immense believer in the virtues laid down by the constitution and aspires to uphold the same through the practice of the legal profession.
Research Interest
Comparative Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Issues of socio-legal importance, Gender-Sensitive socio-legal research areas, Administrative Law, Law related to Development, Public Policy, etc.
