Zipporah N. Bukania
Biography
Zipporah Bukania is a clinical nutrition specialist with over seventeen years of working experience. Eight years of clinical application of nutrition at the Kenyatta National Hospital and about ten years in nutrition research science while at the Centre for Public Health Research (CPHR), at Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). Currently a PhD fellow in Human Nutrition at the Kenyatta University, her interests include; Understanding the role of micronutrients in cardiovascular health, with a special interest in high blood pressure and hypertension; Agriculture and nutrition linkages specifically the role of dietary diversity in nutrition and health.
