Adriana Mónica Carlucci obtained the Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical technology from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Buenos Aires (FFyB-UBA), Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is an authorized teacher for university level, orientation in health sciences. Her teaching experience includes being an Adjunct Professor at the Pharmaceutical Technology Department (2005–2012), an Invited Professor in pharmaceutical biotechnology (from 2012 to date), a Coordinator of the specialization career in biotechnology applied to human health (from 2012 to date), and an Invited Professor in rheology and stability at the Postgraduate School FFyB-UBA (2002–2012). Her research lines are in the following fields: pharmaceutical development of nanotechnological lipid-based dosage forms for the improvement of poorly water soluble drugs’ solubilization, along with its bioavailability, chemical stability, and taste masking in oral administration and the design and evaluation of extensively studied dosage forms as innovative colloidal systems for gene and drug delivery in cancer therapy. She has participated in 8 national research grants, 17 original research articles, 5 published proceedings of congresses, 7 broadcast articles, 1 book chapter, and 9 invited lectures and she has a participation in 26 poster sessions. Carlucci is a Pharmacist at the National University of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
