Biography

Dr. Ochirbat Batkhishig got his Ph.D. from Moscow State University. Professional experencies of Dr. Ochirbat Batkhishig are from 1985 - Present: Head, Soil Science Laboratory, Institute of Geography, Mongolian Academy of Sciences, Researcher, Institute of Geography, Mongolian Academy of Sciences. He worked as 1994-2000: German Mongolian Joint Expeditions in Different Regions of Mongolia. Scientific research in soil science and physical geography: Soil geography, classification, geochemistry, physical-chemical properties, mapping, ecology, assessment, and etc. He has many publications on his research area like which he contributed to Ecosystem & Ecography Journal is Impact of Overgrazing on Semiarid Ecosystem Soil Properties: A Case Study of the Eastern Hovsgol Lake Area, Mongolia
