Biography

Mohamed Ali is a Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council funded PhD student with the London Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme (LIDo). He is also a member of UCL's Biosciences Department. His research involves computational simulations of atomic and subatomic physics to understand problems in biological systems. His PhD has so far has involved looking at the bio-nano interface and quantum properties of metalloproteins.
