Philip Amara

Biography

Philip Amara is the Project Associate Manager for the Lifecycle of Health Data: Policies and Practice Project and the Knowledge to Practice Optimization Program in the Department of Learning Health Sciences. Philip has over 15 years of research, management and policy development experience. Prior to joining DLHS, he served as Research Assistant in the Office of the Dean of the College of Public Health, University of Nebraska. He was a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Specialist at the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health.
