Biography
Dr. Toru Shizuma received his Ph.D degree in Tokai University , Japan. He currently works as an Associate Professor in Tokai University, Japan. His current research interests include the Liver, Hepatitis B, Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Autoimmunity and Liver Diseases.

Kurozu (or Kurosu) is traditional Japanese black vinegar made by prolonged fermentation of unpolished rice and Kurozu Moromimatsu, its sediment, are both consumed in Japan as health foods or supplements.
