Biography

Barry Charles Ezell arry C. Ezell, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Virginia Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center, Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA.  He received his Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from Old Dominion University (2001-2005).  He received his M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia (1997-1998).  He completed his B.S. (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Southern MS in 1988.  He received the Distinguished Graduate Award from the Center for Risk Management of Engineering Systems, University of Virginia, 1998.  He serves on the editorial board for Military Operations Research, International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Systems, International Journal of Operations Research and Information Systems, and a reviewer for: Risk Analysis, Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Reliability Engineering and System Safety, Defense Modeling and Simulation, and Infrastructure Systems.
