In this study Bioactive compounds of Gonad, Respiration Tree, Cuvierian Organ, and Body Wall of sea cucumber
collected from north coast of the Persian Gulf (Larak Island) were extracted as a function of their polarity using
ethyl acetate, methanol and water-methanol solvents. Extracts were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activities
Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa
. The activity was
determined using the disc diffusion test. Cytotoxic activities of the extracts were determined by Brine-Shrimp Lethality assay.
