Biography

A postdoctoral position within the Research Unit on Children's Psychosocial Maladjustment in Montréal allowed me to research on the impact of childhood maltreatment and other parental behaviors on subsequent adolescent violent and delinquent behavior focusing on the influence of psychopathic traits in these relationships. A postdoctoral position in Örebro University gave me the opportunity of continuing my research on the issue of parenting, psychopathy and delinquency and allowed me to work on a conceptual framework of the construct of psychopathy itself.
