Biography
Amelia E Talley is the Assistant Professor of Experimental (Social)Psychology at University of Missouri, Columbia, she received her Doctral Degree (Ph.D )in the year 2009Research Interest
Amelia research examines how threats to oneââ¬â¢s self-concept and stigmatization affect psychosocial adjustment and physical health among marginalized group members. I have also sought to understand the ways in which close relationships and social roles contribute to individualsââ¬â¢ intrapersonal and interpersonal functioning, particularly during times of stress. Recently, she have begun to investigate how individualsââ¬â¢ sexual identity development influences their health and well-being throughout adolescence and young adulthood.Publications
