From October 18, 2010 G .C on wards I have shifted to Debre Markos university and worked as a lecturer. Responsibility: delivering different courses like Plant Physiology, Seed Plant, Bryophytes and Pteridophytes, Plant Tissue Culture, Principle of Taxonomy, Ethinobiology, Plant Anatomy and Morphology to regular and extension students, consulting students on different issues, participating in different committees, giving life skill training for Biology students, mobilizing member of life science club established by Biology students in propagating indigenous trees at mini-botanical garden and planting it, preparing teaching materials (Module) for distance students, planned to write a project on multipurpose grass ( Vetiver grass technology ) propagation and distributing to farmers and proposals on Ethnobotanical study of medicinal plants on selected Weredas in East Gojjam Zone, Amahara Regional State.From Sebtember 26, 2007G.C. up to October 17, 2010 G. C. Teaching Biology in Gozamen Wereda High School, Debremarekos. Responsibility:Teaching Biology courses for grade 9 and 10, participating in different committees, acting as unit leader to create conducive environment for teaching learning process ï¶From october11, 2005 G.C up to sebtember 25, 2006 G.C Teaching Environmental Science in Washera Broad View Colledge , Debre Markos. Responsibilities: Teaching Environmental Science in Washera Broad View Teachers Training Institute, coordinating practicum programs, and close supervision of students while they are at work. C as Biological and Physical soil control expert and Delegated as Head of Natural Resource Management in Womberma Wereda , West Gojjam Zone. Responsibility: Mobilizing agricultural extension workers to activate the Wereda farmers to do different activities in the area of natural resource management by giving high emphasis for soil, water and plant conservation, compiling data’s coming from all kebele agricultural extension workers and reporting it to my Bose and West Gojjam Zone Agriculture Office.
