Biography
Pramod K Pal working as Professor of Neurology Program Director of the Movement Disorders Fellowship Program at the National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, India where he have been associated since 2000. His areas of interest include Movement Disorders and Human Motor Physiology, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. He was the past founding secretary of Movement Disorders Society of India, current President of Indian Academy of Neurology & Secretary of MDS-AOS.Research Interest
His research interests reflect Abnormalities in Ipsilateral Silent Period in the High-Risk for Alcohol Dependence and had wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member of - Journal of Addiction Research & Therapy and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books. His Research also includes Alcohol Addiction Treatment, Alcohol Rehabilitation, Heroin Addiction Treatment, Holistic Addiction Treatment
