Biography
She is a Director of Lincoln’s global Joint Ventures & Partnering practice. She advises clients in corporates and private equity, globally, on getting the best results and value from their joint ventures, partnerships, strategic alliances, consortia and minority stakes. Her primary focus is on conducting pre-deal and pre-implementation “health checks” on new JVs, identifying how to unlock value from existing JVs and alliances and re-setting underperforming JVs and failing alliance relationships.
