Kelley Saia, MD is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston Medical Center and the medical director of Project RESPECT, Substance Use Disorder in Pregnancy Treatment clinic at Boston Medical Center. Certified by the American Boards of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Saia is part of a comprehensive and multidisciplinary team serving and advocating for pregnant and parenting persons with substance use disorder.
