Abstract
A my integrates yoga therapy and rehab into medicine- working with physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other health and wellness specialists on targeted therapies for specific patient needs. She teaches in Scottsdale, AZ and various wellness arenas around the country, educating medical professionals, yoga teachers, family members, caregivers: anyone interested in the well being of the BoomerPlus generations. To share her expertise, Amy created training programs designed to enrich the lives of the BoomerPlus generations: BoomerPlus Yoga, encompassing biomechanical principles of alignment, postures, therapy and rehab techniques making this an ideal training ground for those new to the health and wellness industry as well as providing a refreshing experience for seasoned practitioners.
Biography

Amy Kraft is a Yoga Therapist and Educator with thirty-five years yoga experience including 1000+ hours of anatomy and biomechanics training. She is a pioneer in the field of integrative yoga and rehab and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is designated E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. In addition to her other work, Amy designs custom Yoga Therapy programs to fit specific requirements with maximum results. She has extensive experience with sciatica, migraines, foot & ankle issues, knee, hip & back pain, shoulder, neck & head issues, GERD, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, etc. Classes and individual sessions are available at various locations throughout the U.S. and worldwide via the W eb
