Biography

Dr. Sue is Professor of Medical and Veterinary Molecular Epidemiology, Director of the Global Health Academy and Assistant Principal for Global Health at The University of Edinburgh. Sue has over 20 years experience working on human sleeping sickness, zoonotic trypanosomiasis and other neglected zoonotic diseases in human, domestic and wild animal populations. Research concentrates on the design and use of tools to manage the Neglected Zoonoses using integrated One Health practices.
