Dr. Silva is professor and researcher at the University of Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico. He studied human medicine and pediatrics in Mexico from 1984-1995. He completed his PhD in morphology and neurosciences in Salamanca, Spain. He is also Reviewer board member in Journal of Neuroinfectious Diseases.
