Biography
He is the permanent lecturer in the Science of Nutrition at Airlangga University, Surabaya. He completed his Doctorate and M.Sc. from the same university. He has done few researches including "Role Against Skin Mangosteen Antioxidant polyphenols levels of SOD, catalase and ROSng" and "The effect of Zinc, Lysine, and Vitamin A supplementation to increase cellular immune response of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients."
