Wei Jiang

Biography

 Dr. Jiang earned her Medical Degree in Internal Medicine and Master Degree in Immunology at Capital Medical University, BeiJing, China, and completed her residency in infectious diseases at DiTan hospital, BeiJing, China.  Dr. Jiang did her postdoc research in HIV immunopathogenesis from 2002 to 2008, followed by an instructor position in the field of HIV immunopathogenesis from 2008 to 2012 at Case Western Reserve University. She earned another Master Degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Case Western Reserve University at 2012. Dr. Jiang’s research interests include B and T cell dysfunction in HIV disease (NIH, R01), toll-like receptors and innate immunity, and gender related immunology in healthy individuals, HIV disease and autoimmune diseases such as lupus.
