Douglas Carney
Biography
Douglas Carney is a well-known and respected local physician, Dr. Carney practiced Internal Medicine for 26 years at the Salem Clinic. He is a diabetologist and served as the President and Board Chairman of the Oregon Diabetes Association from 1986-1989. Because of his special interest in obesity treatment, Dr. Carney founded the Weight Management Program in 1991 and has supervised it since its inception.
