Biography

Dr. Holly Lofton began her personal journey of weight loss as a preteen when she made a commitment to improve her diet and become more physically active. During her undergraduate years at Boston University, she continued her interest in weight management and subsequently trained as an aerobics instructor. During her regimented medical school years at the Medical College of Georgia, she successfully enlisted patients and fellow classmates to lead more active lifestyles combined with structured nutrition plans to improve their overall health.
