Jane Scott
Biography
Professor Jane Scott is currently Professor of Pubic Health Nutrition Research at Curtin University in Perth. Prior to her move to Perth in July 2013 she was Head of Discipline - Nutrition and Dietetics, having commenced work at Flinders University in 2007. She continues to maintain close research links with Nutrition and DIetetics and to supervise Flinders PhD candidates.
