Robert H Coker
Biography
Dr. Coker was an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at the University of Mississippi in 1999-2001. In the Fall of 2001, Dr. Coker accepted an appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatrics to work more specifically in the Nutrition, Metabolism, and Exercise Laboratory. His ongoing and future research projects are focused on the therapeutic influence of exercise training and/or dietary modification on the pathogenesis of insulin resistance in humans.
