Biography

Samanthi Madawala pursue her PhD study from the Department of Food Science at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Sweden. She has worked on physterol and α-Lipoic Acid conjugates, Free radical Scavenging Capacity and RP- LC- MS-APCI analysis. she has published so many papers in the National and International Journals.
