Biography
Sung Eun Choi is an Assistant Professor Department of Family, Nutrition and Exercise Sciences, Assistant Professor Department of Family, Nutrition and Exercise Sciences ,USA. She has completed her B.S., Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea in Food and Nutritional Sciences (1991), completed her M.S., Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea in Food Science (1993) and Ph.D also from Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea in Food Science (1999).later she was worked as Research Scholar & Lecturer, University of Massachusetts, Amherst (2004-2008)and she was also worked in Department of Nutrition, University of Massachusetts, Amherst (2007-2008) as Dietetic Intern.
