Biography
Vivian Miguel Marques Suen wasGraduated in Medical School, Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (1988), Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine), University of São Paulo (1997) and PhD in Medicine (Clinical Medicine), University of São Paulo ( 2001). Did postdoctoral studies at the Human Nutrition Research Center at Tufts University, Energy Metabolism Laboratory, USA, from September 2001 to August 2003. He is currently Professor, Department of Clinical Medicine, University of Ribeirão Preto Medical School São Paulo, coordinator of Team Nutrition Therapy of the Hospital of Ribeirão Preto Medical School Clinicas, University of São Paulo and full guiding the post strictly speaking graduate program of the Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto-USP . Has experience in the area of ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹medicine, with an emphasis on Nutrition, acting on the following topics: nutrition therapy, energy metabolism, obesity and inflammation. Has continued cooperation agreement in research projects with Professor Dr. Susan B. Roberts and Dr. Sai Krupa Das, Energy Metabolism Laboratory scientists Human Nutrition Research Center at Tufts University in Boston, USA.
