Biography

Professor Mikhail A. Paltsev, MD, Ph.D., member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS), member of the RAS Presidium, an Honorary Professor of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University, contracted by the Russian Government to be a Deputy Director for Biomedical Research of the National Research Centre “Kurchatov Institute” to provide national leadership for this center in the area of biomedical research.
