Biography

 Prof. Yaron Ilan, M.D. serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Immuron Limited. Prof. Ilan is a Partner at Jerusalem Technology Investments Ltd. Prof. Ilan serves as a Medical Director of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. Dr. Ilan has founded several startup companies and serves as Medical Director and Advisor for several biotech companies. Prof. Ilan served as a Medical Director and Consultant at Immuron Limited. He served as Chief Scientist at Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. Prof. Ilan served as the President at the Israel Liver Association from 2005 to 2008. Prof. Ilan serves as a Director of the Department of Medicine at Hebrew University- Hadassah Medical Center. Prof. Ilan serves as a Director of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. He served as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Therapix Biosciences Ltd. until January 6, 2016. Prof. Ilan served as a Director of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd from May 2006 to April 2015. He was Vice Dean at the Hebrew University Medical School. Prof. Ilan is a world-renowned Scientist in the field of internal medicine, immunology and liver diseases. He holds over 40 patents and has authored more than 250 articles. Dr. Ilan is the Inventor of a number of drugs being developed by international pharmaceutical companies. His post-graduate training was acquired at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Harvard University. He graduated as well as studied his Doctorate from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
