Biography
Dr.Eugenia Morales Perez, Vice-Chancellor of UABC Campus Tijuana, performed the ceremony of swearing in the 10 contributors to confer the post of Head of Department during his tenure in the period 2015-2019. He has been an administrator of the School of Chemical and Engineering and the Faculty of Economics and International Relations as well as being responsible for training Vice rectory Sciences.
