Russell BE
Biography
Dr. Russell brings 25 years of experience in physical therapy practice and education to Midwestern University. Prior to joining the University, Dr. Russell was the Associate Dean of Health Sciences at Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington. Dr. Russell earned bachelor's degrees in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Microbiology from Colorado State University. He received his Ph.D. in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University-Houston. Byron Russell, PT, Ph.D., has been named as Program Director for the College of Health Sciences Physical Therapy Program on the Glendale Campus. Dr. Russell will also serve as Associate Professor in the College of Health Sciences.
