Biography

Dirk Stronks worked at the Department of Anesthesiology , Erasmus MC. He did research in Clinical Pain management, the pathophysiology and clinical course of CRPS, the effects of neuromodulation, and the influence of psychosocial factors on pain perception and pain behavior. In addition, he was as psychologist a member of the multidisciplinair team to asses psychosocial factors which in chronic pain patients may influence their pain perception and pain behaviour .
