Xinyue Ye is an assistant professor who holds a dual appointment between the Center for Regional Development (Department of Commerce EDA University center) and the School of Earth, Environment, and Society at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA. His research interests focus on space-time analysis, regional science, land use modeling, and economic development. His publications have appeared in the International Journal of Geographical Information Science, Eurasian Geography and Economics, Tijdschrift voor Economische en Sociale Geografie (Journal of Economic and Social Geography), Annals of Regional Science, Applied Geography, and Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency, among others. He is also on the editorial board of Stochastic Environmental Research & Risk Assessment, International Journal of Applied Geospatial Research, and Journal of Earth Science & Climatic Change. His research has been funded by National Science Foundation, Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, and China Natural Science Foundation.
His research interests focus on space-time analysis, regional science, land use modeling, and economic development.
