He has been elected in the board of directors of the Italian Society for Neuroscience for the years 2012-2015. His recent research is focusing on antipsychotics impact on postsynaptic density scaffolding proteins and molecular mechanisms of antipsychotics action as well as on clinical implication of functional neuroanatomy of antipsychotic treatment -resistant schizophrenia.
