Dr. Akdemir Evrendilek completed her MS.c. and Ph.D. degrees in Food Science and Technology (1994) The Ohio State University, USA. Presently she is an Assoc. Prof. in Department of Food Engineering at Abant Ä°zzet Baysal University, Turkey.

Research Interest

Nonthermal food processing, foodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, effect of nonthermal processes on bioactive compounds.
